Meme Launch charges fees for token creation services. These fees are displayed before token creation and may change at our discretion. All fees are paid in SOL and are non-refundable.

Users retain all rights to their created tokens. However, Meme Launch reserves the right to display tokens created through our platform for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

Meme Launch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or other damages that may occur while using our service.

We are not responsible for the content of tokens created through our platform or any damages resulting from the use of these tokens.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
